Job summary

EVONA in Denver seeks a Production Manager to help build and scale a new US manufacturing operation for a growing space technology company. You will own production setup, drive process development, and work hands-on with engineers and technicians on the shop floor to deliver high‑quality hardware on time.

This leadership role requires establishing workflows, leading a growing production team, overseeing manufacturing, assembly, integration and test, and driving schedule, resource and material

Qualifications

• Strong track record in complex hardware manufacturing and production leadership.
• Space experience preferred; aerospace or high-tech manufacturing backgrounds considered.
• Cleanroom, bonding/curing and automation experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish production workflows, tooling, equipment and processes.
• Lead and develop a growing production team.
• Oversee manufacturing, assembly, integration and test.
• Manage schedules, resources and material readiness.
• Improve quality, throughput and delivery performance.
