Your experience
You’ll have a strong track record in complex hardware manufacturing and production leadership, ideally including building a production line or taking products from development into serial production.
Space experience is preferred, but relevant aerospace or high‑tech manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered. Cleanroom, bonding/curing and automation experience would be advantageous.
Working arrangements and package
Regular on‑site presence is essential, with typical starts around 7am and approximately four weeks of overseas onboarding, potentially split into two visits.
Alongside the base salary, benefits include health, dental and vision coverage, unlimited PTO and a 401(k) with employer matching.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the US and meet applicable US‑person export‑control requirements.
