Job summary

EVONA is seeking a hands-on engineer to help establish a US manufacturing and test capability for advanced space hardware in Denver. You will develop production processes, design fixtures and test rigs, and support assembly, integration and testing of solar array hardware.

The role emphasizes automation experience and practical problem solving, with travel for onboarding in Germany and customer/test campaigns. You will join a growing operation with exciting space hardware projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automation, manufacturing, integration, testing or complex hardware development.
• Experience with tooling, test equipment and process development.
• CAD proficiency, SolidWorks, and GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Commission a new facility and production line.
• Improve manufacturing and test processes, introducing automation where valuable.
• Design and build fixtures, tooling and test rigs.
• Assemble, integrate and test mechanical and electromechanical hardware.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver practical engineering improvements.
