Rocket Lab USA is seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern at its Pasadena, CA site for a 12-week on-site program that offers hands-on hardware bring-up, testing, and prototype work. You will collaborate with mentors and peers to gain engineering experience and contribute to real-world space hardware development.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an engineering degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and at least 3 months of applied engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree program in an engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or related discipline and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, laboratory, and personal/team project experience is applicable)

Responsibilities

• Assist with hardware bring-up and laboratory testing.
• Support prototype assembly and embedded firmware validation.
• Collect data and perform analysis, troubleshooting motor control systems.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver results and learn from mentors.
