Job summary

Rocket Lab seeks a Supply Chain Intern for its Long Beach, CA site to support sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships while delivering critical hardware for space systems. You will work closely with mentors in a fast-paced team to apply engineering concepts to real challenges and learn through regular progress updates and network events.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral program in an engineering discipline, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Operations Management and have at least one semester remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within the areas of supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a mentor and team to apply knowledge and grow technical and professional skills.
• Support sourcing and procurement activities and learn supplier relationship management.
• Apply engineering and industry concepts to real challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors to track progress and success.
