Reporting to the Assembly Manager, you will develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards, supporting existing designs and new hardware development early in design.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace or related field.
• 5+ years in a Manufacturing Engineering role in high-detail manufacturing.
• Experience with instrumentation and data acquisition (e.g. SPICE, SQL, NI hardware).

Aufgaben

• Develop production procedures and manage transition from development to production.
• Refine manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery requirements.
• Lead production readiness reviews for transition to full-rate production.
• Collaborate with design engineering to provide manufacturability feedback and document processes.
