Job summary

ICEYE US is seeking a GN&C Manager to lead spacecraft attitude control, orbit dynamics, and M&S. You’ll own the GN&C architecture and simulation infrastructure for SAR payloads and complete satellites, ensuring pointing accuracy, stability, and mission performance.

You’ll guide a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate with systems engineering and flight software groups. The role reports to Space Systems engineering and focuses on delivering a verified flight article ready for environmental test,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in spacecraft GN&C, attitude control, astrodynamics, or modeling & simulation through full design lifecycle.
• 2+ years of direct engineering management or technical lead experience overseeing a multi-discipline GN&C/simulation team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow GN&C, modeling & simulation, and astrodynamics engineers; manage hiring, onboarding, performance, and career growth.
• Own GN&C and M&S program execution: work breakdown, scheduling, risk tracking, and status reporting.
• Set engineering standards and framework for guidance, flight dynamics, and verification across lifecycles.
• Serve as technical authority to systems engineering, flight software, avionics, mechanical/thermal, and program management.
