Job summary

E-Space is seeking a Senior Guidance, Navigation, and Controls (GNC) Engineer to design, develop, and validate attitude estimation and control for LEO satellites. You will build and maintain high-fidelity GNC simulations, conduct model-based validation, and support real-time flight software integration in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ideal candidates will have BS/MS/PhD in aerospace or electrical engineering with extensive experience in GNC, Kalman filters, and modern software tools (C/C++,

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD with years of professional experience in GNC or related field.
• Experience designing/deploying advanced control algorithms for safety-critical applications (aerospace/ground vehicles).
• Experience tuning and validating estimation algorithms (Kalman filters) for attitude determination or similar tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, tune, and test satellite attitude estimation and control algorithms.
• Develop high-fidelity 6-DOF GNC simulation tools and models.
• Run Monte Carlo campaigns and analyze results for GNC performance.
