Northrop Grumman's Space Sector seeks a Global Trade Lead Technical Advisor (TA) – Level 5 to define the art of the possible in export compliance for space systems. The role reports to the Director of Global Trade and requires deep knowledge of ITAR, EAR, and US Government regulations, along with the ability to lead a community of over 100 TAs.

Candidates should hold a STEM degree with extensive experience, be capable of training others, and maintain a U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with substantial experience, or higher degrees.
• Experience with ITAR, EAR, and export licensing regulations.
• Experience delivering technical training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to obtain/maintain US Government Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as sector TA lead for Space Global Trade.
• Lead TA training and program representation at events.
• Evaluate and assign TA candidates from engineering divisions.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships with Engineering and Corporate teams.
• Provide jurisdiction and classification guidance under ITAR/EAR and EARCCL.
• Train Space TAs and mentor new advisors.
• Ensure export data reviews are accurate and compliant.
• Support regulatory authorities and law department as needed.
