Job summary

Astranis is seeking an FPGA Associate (Summer 2027) to join the hardware team in Northern California. The role centers on RTL development for FPGA-targeted applications and close collaboration with electrical and software engineers to bring space-ready hardware to life.

You will work with multiple FPGAs and toolchains, interface FPGAs to high-speed data converters, memories, and MCUs, and write software to test RTL in hardware. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Hold a B.S. or M.S. in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• A passion for hardware development, including working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on design and development.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and testing high throughput systems implemented on FPGAs.
• Proficiency with Verilog/SystemVerilog for synthesis.

Responsibilities
