Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a Space Force ISR Instructor/SME to lead instruction and curriculum development for SWIFT, ASTRO, and MPC programs at Peterson Space Force Base. Requirements include a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years supporting USSF ISR, and 4+ years of instructional experience. Travel up to 10% and full-time on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
• BA/BS (or equivalent experience) and 10+ years supporting USSF ISR mission.
• 4+ years of professional instruction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead course development, updates, and primary instruction for Space Force ISR training.
• Serve as ISR SME ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with USSF requirements.
• Train students in intelligence fundamentals and tradecraft using real-world scenarios.
• Maintain and update Programs of Instruction (POIs) and courseware.
