Job summary

Sigmatech is seeking an experienced Tactical Space Intelligence Instructor / SME to lead instruction and develop the inaugural 97 Tactical Intelligence Squadron Initial Intel Qualification Course at Schriever SFB, CO. You will guide curriculum, facilitate sessions, and assess students in a classified setting.

The role emphasizes space intelligence, orbital warfare concepts, and structured analytic tradecraft.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application.
BA/BS or equivalent experience in military intelligence or space operations.
10+ years of military intelligence or space operations experience.
4+ years of professional instruction experience.
Experience delivering instructor-led training or courseware in classified DoW/IC environments.
Familiarity with ISD, ADDIE, or formal instructor certification programs.

Responsibilities

Lead course development, updates, and primary instruction for 97 TIS foundational intelligence training.
Serve as the primary SME ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with MD 9 requirements.
Train students in identifying threats, analyzing intelligence techniques, and applying tradecraft.
Maintain Programs of Instruction (POIs), lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
Coordinate with instructors, government stakeholders, and leadership for training events.
