Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. seeks an experienced Tactical Space Intelligence Instructor / SME to lead instruction and curriculum development for the inaugural 97 Tactical Intelligence Squadron training at Schriever SFB, CO.

Role emphasizes space intelligence, structured analytic techniques, and mission planning to prepare students for current and emerging space operations requirements. The candidate will develop POIs, facilitate classroom instruction, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance at time of application.
10+ years of experience in military intelligence, Space Domain Awareness and direct support to space operations.
4+ years of professional instruction experience.
Experience delivering instructor-led training in classified DoW/IC environments.
Ability to work full-time on-site at Schriever Space Force Base.

Responsibilities

Lead course development and primary instruction for 97 TIS foundational intelligence training.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with MD 9 requirements.
Train students in identifying threats, analyzing intelligence techniques and tradecraft using real-world scenarios.
Coordinate with M9 mission partners and operators for current training needs.
Facilitate classroom instruction, practical exercises, and student assessments in a classified environment.
Develop and maintain Programs of Instruction (POIs), lesson plans, and courseware.
