Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC seeks an experienced SWIFT/ASTRO/MPC Instructor to support a U.S. Space Force Delta 7 training program. The role involves delivering classified training, developing POIs and courseware, and maintaining training records at Peterson Space Force Base.

The candidate should have TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of DoD/IC experience, and a proven ability to facilitate classroom instruction in a secure environment. This is a full-time on-site position in Colorado Springs, CO.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years supporting DoD/IC, space operations, ISR, or related fields.
• Experience delivering instructor-led or classified instruction.
• Experience creating or maintaining POIs, lesson plans, and courseware.
• Familiar with ISD/ADDIE methodologies and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for SWIFT, ASTRO, MPC programs in a classified environment.
• Facilitate classroom instruction, practical exercises, and after-action reviews.
• Instruct on intelligence fundamentals, structured analytic techniques, mission planning, and space operations.
• Develop and maintain POIs, lesson plans, exercises, assessments, and courseware.
• Update curriculum to align with doctrine and mission requirements.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain training records.
