Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Space FMS Analyst to manage FMS programs, review letters of request, and coordinate all phases from development to closure. You will work with U.S. stakeholders to apply best practices and deliver FMS data to DSCA and defense offices.

The role requires 4+ years in FMS program management, knowledge of ITAR/NDP/SAMM, and the ability to brief executive leadership on-site at the Pentagon. Travel up to 25% and a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with FMS program management.
• Knowledge of U.S. export policy, ITAR, NDP, and DSCA SAMM.
• Ability to work on-site at the Pentagon and brief executive leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform FMS program management and coordinate all phases of case development, execution, implementation, and closure.
• Synchronize efforts across U.S. stakeholders to leverage best practices.
• Lead consolidation and delivery of FMS data as required by DSCA and military offices.
• Analyze and report on complex FMS issues, initiatives, and agreements; prepare briefs on cases under development.
• Advise clients and identify opportunities to strengthen trust and relationships with allies and partners.
