Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends to support events.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end production of experiences including design development and live operation.
• Manage day-to-day performance of HQ experiences.
• Lead teams for roadshow deployments.
• Ensure operational performance of technical systems across experiences.
• Own vendor relationships ensuring quality and speed.

Skills

Technical fluency (power, HVAC, AV)

Problem-solving under pressure

Leadership of onsite labor teams
