Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team supporting the Space Vehicles division in Merritt Island, Florida. You will recruit highly specialized engineering talent across Structural, Mechanical, Avionics, and Electrical disciplines, including roles requiring security clearance.

As part of a collaborative team, you will identify, interview, and hire top talent to design, test, manufacture, and launch reusable spaceflight systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• 8+ years of Technical Recruiting experience including Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positions.
• Strong professional communication skills and ability to influence and advise business leaders.
• Demonstrated success generating leads using various platforms and sourcing methods.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels.
• Develop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies.
• Develop prospects into candidates; engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview.
• Collaborate, coach and develop other Talent Acquisition team members.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders by leading scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs.
• Prepare search status reports and lead client update meetings on active searches.
• Dive deep into technical requisition details and business unit needs you support.
