Job summary

Trident Systems Space Electronic Systems (SES) division seeks a General Technician to support the manufacture of existing product lines, assemble Ground Support Equipment, and maintain lab equipment. You will work closely with engineers, quality control, and leadership to develop spaceflight electronics and grow your skills.

The role offers exposure to DoD, Intelligence Community, and Civil space programs, with room for career advancement and hands-on experience with space hardware and IPC

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–6 years of technician experience.
• Familiarity with CCA surface mount SMT soldering 0402 or larger components.
• Ability to use a microscope or magnifying devices while using fine hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products for customers and support team assembly efforts.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and GSE.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to address issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environment.
• Support overtime and occasional weekend work if needed.
• Seek opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
