Varda Space Industries, based in El Segundo, CA, is seeking an experienced University Recruiter to scale our university recruiting and internship program. The role manages candidates from application through offer with collaboration across engineering and business teams.

You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and campus networks, partner with hiring managers, and drive a strong university presence on campus.

Qualifikationen

• Previous university recruiting experience and engaging college students.
• 2–5 years of recruiting with full-cycle ownership.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.
• Hands-on with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and campus partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Own ~50% of university recruiting requisitions from application to offer.
• Source and identify early-career talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, universities, referrals, student orgs.
• Review resumes, conduct screens, assess candidates, drive offers to close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, build pipelines, and drive timely decisions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and data in Greenhouse with accurate follow-ups.
• Represent Varda at career fairs, information sessions, and campus visits.
• Build relationships with students and universities to create lasting pipelines.
