Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule virtual screens and onsite interviews.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for candidates — own all candidate communication with professionalism, clarity, and warmth.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and well‑supported at every step.
• Maintain accurate tracking, notes, and pipeline progress in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Prepare interview agendas, scorecards, materials, and logistics to keep hiring teams aligned and ready.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support structured, efficient, and consistent interview processes.
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with a solutions-oriented, calm-under-pressure approach.
• Support metrics, reporting, and data integrity initiatives that help us continuously improve our recruiting engine.
• Act as a knowledgeable onsite host — welcome candidates, provide workspace tours, and introduce them to Varda’s culture and environment.
• Support recruiting events and onsite engagements that help build Varda’s talent pipeline.
• Set up travel logistics for candidates flying in from out of town.
• Partner with our Recruiting Ops function to learn and contribute to systems, process documentation, and operational tooling.
