Job summary

RedBeard Solutions is seeking a qualified Doctrine Developer to support Space Delta 10 in doctrine development and staffing actions. The role emphasizes turning complex doctrine into concise executive summaries and briefing materials for senior leaders.

The candidate will manage taskers, CRMs, and participate in staffing forums, coordinating with Government teams and contractor staff to ensure timely, staffing-ready products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in military doctrine or staffing roles.
• Experience as an action officer or staff officer handling taskers within suspenses.
• Experience using DoD staffing systems and producing staff-ready products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the doctrine action officer from tasking through staffing and completion.
• Develop and manage CRMs and coordinate with Government personnel and contractor teams.
• Extract key information from doctrine publications and translate into executive materials.
• Represent Space Force doctrine in meetings, working groups, and staffing events.
• Independently manage workload and multiple concurrent actions with limited supervision.
