Job summary

Corps Solutions seeks a Doctrine Writer/Operations Analyst at JEB Little Creek, VA to support NEXWDC doctrine publications, CONOPS, and COE through rewrite, updates, or mergers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, management, analytical, or other relevant field.
• Ten (10) or more years’ experience in U.S. Navy (NECF preferred), Marine Corps, or Army Service-level operations or planning, or technical analysis.
• Direct participation in real world operations/deployment and relevant fleet, Marine Corps, and/or coalition/combined operations.
• Familiarity with command-and-control operations, operations centers, operational planning processes, training, and/or field exercise planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to NEXWDC as a doctrine developer for rewrite, update, or merger of Navy publications.
• Assist in development for doctrine publications, CONOPS, or COE per directives.
• Coordinate with government personnel to define, refine, and recommend requirements.
• Conduct data collection and quantitative/qualitative analyses on doctrine gaps and performance.
