Job summary

BryceTech is seeking a Product Support SME to advise and assist on a major defense program, focusing on DoW acquisition lifecycle planning and Space Force systems. You will lead logistics and sustainment planning across space systems, collaborating with engineering, acquisition, and operations to optimize lifecycle readiness in SSC environments.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, SME-level leadership, and experience aligning product support with acquisition strategies, including FACTS/DEAMS

Qualifications

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
• BA/BS in a related field of study.
• Be a SME-recognized industry leader.
• Experience establishing product support strategies aligned with acquisition strategies.
• Experience integrating system engineering design characteristics with logistics elements.
• Experience implementing the twelve Product Support Elements (PSE).
• Intimate knowledge of FACTS and DEAMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifecycle logistics support across development and sustainment in systems engineering and decision making.
• Develop, deliver and refine product support requirements documents.
• Implement and manage support functions to field and maintain readiness and operational capability of weapon systems.
• Use FACTS and DEAMS to manage military cargo and logistics.
• Provide product support to space systems including DevSecOps rapid prototyping and fielding.
• Develop and maintain technical order management and maintenance activities.
• Assist with development of new technical order strategies (RFI; RFP; SOW).
