True Anomaly, Inc. is actively seeking a Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term) to build the engineering team for space defense programs.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for core engineering disciplines, partnering with leaders to hire top talent for propulsion, autonomy, flight software, and more. You will influence processes, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and help scale a rapidly growing space-tech company with a hybrid work model and onsite focus in Centennial, CO.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong track record filling technical or engineering roles while meeting or surpassing hiring goals.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, typically 10–20+ open roles concurrently.
• Experience using data and insights to inform hiring decisions and guide stakeholders.
• A demonstrated commitment to excellent service for candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Highly organized with a bias for action; comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, concise updates.
• Process-minded and proactive about identifying opportunities to streamline and improve.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and transparent communication.
• Source and engage top talent across a wide range of technical disciplines for Core Engineering teams.
• Deliver an exemplary candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and close.
• Build and nurture pipelines of exceptional passive talent to support current and future growth.
• Maintain high-quality ATS data and drive process excellence while meeting SLAs.
• Provide consistent, accurate hiring progress updates, including executive-level reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Security, People, and other teams on process improvements and talent marketing.
• Act as a brand ambassador at career fairs and recruiting events.
