The candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 3 years with a Master’s), strong communication skills, and technical depth in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience; Master's with 3+ years acceptable.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical depth in cybersecurity areas such as risk management, software assurance, security architecture, monitoring, cryptography, vulnerability management, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of system or software engineers (10% management, 90% technical contributor or program role).
• Lead 8–10 technical staff and ensure successful program execution.
• Provide leadership in cyber engineering subjects and drive performance across engineering activities.
