Job summary

Space Systems Integration, LLC is seeking a Multi-Domain Sensing Engineer/Model Simulation Analyst in Colorado Springs. You will develop missile target and effector simulations and integrate space-based ISR performance models using tools like AFSIM, STK, and SOAP.

The role requires 10+ years of space system modeling, TS clearance, and strong collaboration across DoD and industry partners to deliver robust force design analyses and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of space systems modeling and simulation experience.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex space system models and simulations in AFSIM.
• Experience with Python and/or Matlab for scripting/analysis.
• Mastery of space MW/MT concepts and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop missile target and effector simulations and trajectory files using M&S tools (AFSIM).
• Develop modeling/analysis scripts using Python and/or Matlab.
• Create space-based missile warning models using STK or SOAP and integrate with ISR designs.
• Assist in force design analysis planning, execution, and results evaluation.
• Document force design dependencies and opportunities across DoD and allied organizations.
• Support modeling inputs and simulation development for external M&S efforts.
• Collaborate across cross-functional planning and systems engineering activities.
