Job summary
Varstaff Staffing seeks an Avionics Supply Chain PM to support Blue Origin operations. You will bridge internal engineering with supplier partners to resolve issues, enable manufacturing, and mitigate risks to meet schedules and conform to requirements.
You will own risk identification, engage in RCCA activities, and drive product development for avionics on the New Glenn program, coordinating with IPT leadership and external manufacturers to deliver procedures, tooling, and fabrication design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in avionics engineering with PM experience or training.
- Experience developing complex electronic products and NPI programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Capture product concepts, requirements, and design artifacts for manufacture.
- Drive IPTs to develop and release product artifacts for external fabrication.
- Coordinate with supply chain and contract manufacturers on SoWs and SDRLs.
- Negotiate and deliver avionics products with procurement timelines.
- Communicate program changes to suppliers and engineering teams.
- Plan and execute hardware purchases with supporting functions.
