HRA/General Support Services (GSS) is recruiting two Space Analysts - I to function as Assistant Facility Coordinator/Building Managers who will assist in facility operations, planning, and relocation for City programs. You will review space needs, prepare layout drawings, and coordinate moves to ensure staff, furniture, and equipment are optimally placed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree with 1 year space layout experience, or a high school diploma with 5 years related space planning experience.
• Experience evaluating space in office buildings and coordinating relocations.
• Proficiency with MS Office; ability to review and edit documents using Adobe applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facility operations, space planning, relocation activities and CORE inspections.
• Provide a consistent high level of service for customers interacting with City agencies.
• Assist in planning sites for relocation by program and administrative areas.
• Review space needs by site visits and prepare drawings for optimal staff, furniture, and equipment layout.
• Coordinate relocation activities and ensure delivery of essential building support services.
