Job summary

Trident Systems Space Electronic Systems (SES) division seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead material and subcontract strategy for the Ibeos portfolio. You will manage a team of Material Program Managers and Buyers supporting major subcontractors and complex BOMs, reporting to the VP of Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of supply chain/procurement experience in aerospace/defense.
• Experience leading and developing supply chain professionals.
• Experience across multiple functions, IPTs, and programs.
• Experience with supplier and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain team for the Ibeos portfolio, including hiring and coaching.
• Develop and execute supply chain plans across programs.
• Manage material, inventory, and subcontract strategies across lifecycles.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cost, schedule, and quality.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive issue resolution.
• Provide updates on risks, opportunities, and performance to leadership.
