Job summary

Trident Systems Space Electronic Systems (SES) division seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead execution across multiple IPTs and programs, reporting to the VP of Operations. You will manage a team of material program managers and buyers, shaping strategies for material, subcontracting, and supplier management in aerospace and defense contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or combined education/experience.
• 9+ years in supply chain, procurement, subcontract, or materials management; or 7+ with advanced degree; or 13+ in lieu of degree.
• Experience in aerospace/defense programs and complex hardware supply chains.
• Proven experience leading and developing supply chain professionals.
• Experience across multiple functions, IPTs, and programs.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and defense contractor compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain team for the Ibeos portfolio across multiple IPTs and programs.
• Develop and execute material, subcontract, and supplier strategies to meet program goals.
• Establish and maintain make/buy plans, procurement strategies, and supplier plans.
• Partner with cross-functional functions to implement program supply chain plans.
• Drive risk mitigation for supplier, material, cost, schedule, and quality issues.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and communicate status to leadership.
