Job summary

Triumph Systems, Electronics and Controls in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Supply Chain Sr. Manager to lead end-to-end aerospace supply chain strategy for manufacturing, MRO, or defense programs.

You will oversee procurement, planning, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost control while complying with aerospace standards. The role reports to the General Manager and requires 10+ years in aerospace supply chain with 5+ years of leadership, plus strong supplier management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience within aerospace, aviation, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing global supply chain operations.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing, supplier management, planning, logistics, and inventory optimization.
• Experience supporting aerospace production programs, MRO operations, or defense contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the aerospace supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead procurement, supplier management, planning, logistics, and inventory control.
• Establish supply chain KPIs and monitor performance to drive improvement.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, EASA, ITAR and EAR requirements.
• Lead and mentor procurement, planning, and logistics teams.
