Job summary

Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL seeks a Spa & Wellness Manager to lead daily operations, member experience, and financial performance of spa and fitness programs.

You will oversee services, group fitness, personal training, memberships, retail, and facilities, driving participation, service excellence, and revenue growth in alignment with Esplanade Resort Experiences standards.

Qualifications

• : CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain within first 90 days.
• : High school diploma or equivalent.
• : Minimum three years of progressive leadership experience in Spa, Wellness, Fitness, or luxury resort operations.
• : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Exercise Science, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Spa and Fitness operations comply with applicable laws, licensing, safety, and brand standards.
• Develop and manage Spa and Fitness operating budgets, revenue forecasts, payroll, contracted services, and expenses.
• Lead spa treatment programming, service menus, pricing, scheduling, and retail.
• Develop and maintain group fitness schedules and instructor/ trainer rosters.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, coach, and evaluate qualified instructors and trainers.
• Oversee Annual Wellness Membership enrollment, renewals, retention, and billing.
• Collaborate with Resort Lifestyle and Marketing to promote campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, registrations, and revenue.
