Spavia Day Spa Naples is seeking a Spa Manager to lead therapists and estheticians across multiple locations, delivering personalized and professional spa treatments while building an employer-of-choice culture in a tranquil retreat setting.

You will drive guest satisfaction, oversee recruitment, training and performance, and contribute to growth over the next five years, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Availability of nights, weekends and holidays.
• High energy and drive to succeed.
• Mindbody software knowledge a plus.
• 2+ years experience in hospitality or spas.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and management of spa across locations ensuring customer experience.
• Create a culture of high performance through clear expectations and next steps.
• Create, promote, and manage KPI's and metrics aligned with employees, business and brand.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, training and performance of spa employees.
• Keep up to date with franchise systems, products, services and brand standards.
• Ensure operational systems and data deliver needed results.
• Marketing support with email campaigns and social media.
• Community outreach.
• Lead location growth over the next 5 years.

Spa Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversight and management of spa that consistently delivery surprisingly good customer experience.
• Create a culture of high performance through consistent communication around expectations, performance and next steps with everyone
• Create, promote, and manage KPI's and metrics that align with the Employees, Business and Brand resulting in maximum performance.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, training, and performance of all spa employees ensuring we have the best employees by being the best employer
• Keep up to date with franchise systems, products, services and other brand standards to ensure performance and compliance.
• Ensure operational systems and data are working and delivering the needed results and data.
• Marketing support with email campaigns, in house and social media

Spa Manager Job Requirements:
