Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to design and supervise personalized fitness programs for members in a fast-paced spa and fitness environment. You will guide safe equipment usage, track progress, and help clients achieve their health goals with enthusiasm and expert coaching.

The role requires strong customer service, certification in personal training, and ability to work flexible evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified as a Personal Trainer from a nationally recognized agency.
• Current First Aid, CPR/AED certification and other safety certifications as required by the Club.

Responsibilities

• Model and maintain BlueStar standards for members and guests.
• Monitor facility usage for safety and security.
• Discuss lifestyle goals with members and design personalized exercise routines.
• Create customized training programs based on client needs and limitations.
• Lead and supervise training sessions, ensuring safety and client engagement.
• Maintain client records and track workout progress.
• Promote services and sales of Personal Training packages.
