Job summary

Qualifications

• One-year previous experience in hospitality industry preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
• Ability to speak a second language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the pool and assist with towel distribution.
• Monitor pool check-in window and enforce safety rules.
• Set up and tear down chairs and umbrellas; tidy deck and pool area.
• Assist with laundry duties and towel inventory management.
• Report suspicious activity and maintain guest relations with professionalism.
• Attend training sessions and participate in poolside events.
