Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston seeks a Spa Therapist to join the Wellness floor team. You will perform massages, facials, and body treatments, assist with spa menu development, and ensure rooms and equipment meet high standards.

Ideal candidates have exceptional English communication, supervisory experience, and a background in luxury hospitality. Visa sponsorship is not available; on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language.
• Proven supervisory experience in a luxury spa or hospitality setting.
• Fluent in another language.
• Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform massages, facials, and body treatments per Four Seasons protocols.
• Assist with spa menu development and programming.
• Maintain inventory and create POs as needed.
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly equipped and maintained.
• Uphold standards and protocols; act as State Compliance Officer for massage/licensing.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess a keen attention to detail to join our Spa team as a Spa Therapist in our Wellness floor!

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Performs massages, facials, and body treatments according to Four Seasons protocols
• Assist with spa menu development and programming
• Maintaining inventory & created POs as needed
• Ensuring all treatment rooms are properly equipped
• Ensuring that all standards/ protocols are being performed by others
• Acts as State Compliance Officer for Massage & Esthetics License

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
• Proven and demonstrated previous management/supervisory experience
• Fluent in another language
• Knowledge of the luxury hospitality industry
• Computer
• Proven and demonstrated previous management/supervisory experience
• Proven and demonstrated previous experience as a therapist in a high-volume spa/health club operation, preferably within hospitality/hotel environment
