Watkins Wellness is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join the Technical Support Team DISCOVER. You’ll diagnose and resolve complex spa system issues, guide dealers and customers, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- Spa system diagnostics and technical troubleshooting required.
- Strong communication skills for guidance and collaboration.
- Conflict resolution abilities in customer interactions.
- Familiarity with electrical wiring, plumbing, and control panels.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow) and call center tech.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Self-motivated, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
