Job summary

EcoWater Systems LLC is seeking a Pro Services Support Technician to provide multi-channel technical support for residential and commercial water treatment systems. You’ll assist installers and service technicians with sizing, quotes, and troubleshooting, including Wi‑Fi connected units.

The role requires 2+ years in water treatment or related home services, strong communication, and customer‑focused problem-solving. Office-based CST schedule with in-office days, and travel minimal.

Qualifications

2+ years water treatment installation and servicing experience preferred or 2+ years technical support for in home services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical etc.)
WQA Certification strongly preferred but not required
Ability to prioritize and solve problems
Customer focus – ensures customer satisfaction
Communication – shares information in an engaging, timely, proficient, and effective way

Responsibilities

Provide (phone, email, chat) technical support and troubleshooting, system sizing, product quotes/pricing, and solutions to common water issues
Assist in troubleshooting Wi‑fi connected systems
Track and alert quality control issues reported from consumers, dealers, and wholesalers
Assist in developing knowledge articles related to product support issues and resolutions
Support new technicians and customer service representatives
Assist in product development with new products being developed
