Job summary

Watkins Wellness seeks a Dealer Support Representative to join our Operations team. You will manage dealer accounts, provide order status, billing, and shipment updates, and work with Shipping, Finished Goods, and Accounting to resolve questions promptly.

You will handle returns, assist with part-number requests, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealers. A team environment supports your success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; plus is a plus.
• 1–2 years of related experience in account management or similar roles.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent phone and email etiquette and professional communication.
• Strong ability to work with all levels in an organization as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned dealer accounts with focus on exceptional customer service.
• Provide order status, billing, and shipment updates to dealers and customers.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Finished Goods, and Accounting to resolve questions.
• Process return authorizations and assist with part number requests.
• Prepare dealer and customer orders for shipment per policy.
• Suggest process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.
