Job summary

Bally's Spa is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to ensure the highest quality guest experience. The role focuses on promoting the Purpose and Values Model, handling guest concerns, and supporting reservations and cash handling.

You will oversee daily spa operations in the Spa Manager's absence, assist with scheduling, hiring, and training, and help keep the front desk well stocked while ensuring reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and transactions accurately.
• Experience scheduling staff and coordinating shifts.
• Experience interviewing and training new hires.

Responsibilities

• Promote company values and resolve guest concerns.
• Build guest loyalty through direct interaction and feedback.
• Monitor spa condition and report issues.
• Handle phone calls and reservations.
• Maintain front desk supplies and orders.
• Manage cash and balance cash bank.
• Oversee daily operations when Spa Manager is away; assist in scheduling.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training team members.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns.
2. Builds repeat customer business and loyalty through direct guest interaction, soliciting feedback, and troubleshooting customer complaints.
3. Monitors the condition of the spa and reports any problems to maintenance or the Spa Manager.
4. Places and receives telephone communications and makes reservations.
5. Keeps front desk stocked with supplies and places orders.
6. Responsible for cash handling and balancing cash bank.
7. • Oversee the daily operations when the Spa Manager is not present.
   • Assist in scheduling employee shifts to ensure spa coverage.
   • Assist Spa Manager in interviewing and hiring team members.
   • Responsible for training employees.
8. Regular attendance required.
9. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Target Salary Range:

• $21.00 per hour
