Bullfrog Spas in Shoreline, WA is seeking a full-time sales associate to help customers select and purchase spas in a busy showroom.

You will handle sales, supplies, chemicals, and coordinating payments and deliveries, while supporting inventory and marketing tasks. Training pays $20/hr for 60 days, then $16/hr base plus 3% commission on personal sales, with potential earnings of $60k–$85k per year. Some weekends and off-site events required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organized self-starter with interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive communication to convey product benefits.
• Willingness to attend sales meetings outside regular hours.
• Administrative organization including Microsoft Office, Teams, time management, verbal communication.
• Promoting process improvement and decision making, attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist in-store customers with Sales of Spas
• Assist in-store customers with supplies and chemicals
• Receive and respond to customer phone calls and emails
• Stock merchandise and maintain retail portion of warehouse
• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
• Spa payment and delivery coordination
• Improve and execute follow up methods with new and existing customers
• Product purchasing, stocking and inventory control
• Assist with store marketing activities
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of showroom
