Job summary

Bullfrog Spas in Cary, NC is seeking a results‑driven in‑store sales associate to drive spa sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist customers, manage stock, coordinate payments and deliveries, and support marketing efforts.

Training starts at $20/hr for 60 days, then base pay $16/hr plus a 3% personal sales commission, with potential annual earnings of $60k–$85k. This full-time role requires weekend availability and a willingness to attend off-site events as needed.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic tech tools.
• Organized self-starter with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work weekends and attend events as needed.
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in-store customers with sales of spas.
• Assist customers with supplies and chemicals.
• Receive and respond to customer calls and emails.
• Stock merchandise and maintain showroom/warehouse area.
• Coordinate spa payments and delivery scheduling.
• Improve follow-up methods with new and existing customers.
• Participate in purchasing, stocking, and inventory control.
• Assist with store marketing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of showroom.
