Job summary

Bullfrog Spas in Prescott, AZ is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to assist customers in choosing and purchasing hot tubs and accessories. You will process payments, coordinate delivery, and provide excellent service to drive store sales.

The role starts at $20.00 per hour during a 60-day training, then shifts to $16.00 per hour base plus a 3% commission on personal sales, with potential total earnings of $60,000–$85,000 per year. Weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Organized self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and persuasion to convey product benefits.
• Willing to work weekends and at off-site events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in-store customers with Sales of Spas
• Assist in-store customers with supplies and chemicals
• Receive and respond to customer phone calls and emails
• Stock merchandise and maintain retail portion of warehouse
• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas
• Spa payment and delivery coordination
• Improve and execute follow up methods with new and existing customers
• Product purchasing, stocking and inventory control
• Assist with store marketing activities
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of showroom
