Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Achieve performance-based goals set by spa leadership (e.g., Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, Gift Card Sales).
• Maintain knowledge of service menu and educate clients on benefits and enhancements.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and selling memberships.
• Promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
