Job summary

Bullfrog Spas in Federal Way, WA is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to greet customers, advise on spa purchases, and handle supplies, chemicals, and showroom inquiries. During a 60-day training you’ll earn $20.00 per hour, then $16.00 per hour base plus a 3% commission on personal spa sales, with potential to earn between $60,000 and $85,000 per year.

You should have at least one year of sales experience, excellent customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication

Responsibilities

• Assist in-store customers with Sales of Spas.
• Assist in-store customers with supplies and chemicals.
• Receive and respond to customer phone calls and emails.
• Stock merchandise and maintain retail portion of warehouse.
• Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas.
• Spa payment and delivery coordination.
• Improve and execute follow up methods with new and existing customers.
• Product purchasing, stocking and inventory control.
• Assist with store marketing activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of showroom.
