Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering and leaving the spa.
• Check guests in and offer tea or cucumber water.
• Check guests out and reschedule future appointments.
• Send appointment confirmations.
• Accurately schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Provide descriptions of spa/salon services and pricing.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy (cash/credit).
