Hand & Stone New Albany is seeking a High-Performing Spa Sales Associate (Full-Time) to be the face of our spa and drive guest experience. This performance-based role emphasizes connecting with clients, suggesting services, and converting memberships, with growth as a core objective.

The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses in a high-volume, award-winning spa environment. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience; membership sales strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and memberships.
• Hit and exceed membership, gift card, and enhancement sales goals.
