Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Sales Associate to join our energetic team in a spa environment. This role focuses on educating guests, selling memberships and gift cards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll follow a proven sales process, work toward individual and team goals, and assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and member retention. Training and performance-based incentives are provided.

• Maintain accurate guest records and follow proper filing procedures.
• Help keep the spa clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
• Work closely with the entire spa team to create an exceptional guest experience.
