Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas, Inc. is seeking a Spa Associate in Minnesota (Chanhassen). You will greet clients, explain services, and help drive membership sales while delivering a friendly, five-star guest experience.

Work location is in person with a flexible schedule including day and night shifts. You’ll learn the spa menu, meet monthly sales goals, support phones and scheduling, and maintain cleanliness and professionalism in a busy wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Must thrive in a team environment.
• Must have minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule is prefferred

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals every month
• Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform various other duties as assigned
