Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Stoneham, MA is seeking a motivated Spa Sales Associate to help create an outstanding guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people prioritize wellness, and earning additional income through membership sales and guest engagement.

You’ll welcome guests, answer phones, educate on services, and promote memberships while maintaining accurate schedules.

Formación

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable recommending memberships and wellness services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Reliable, team-oriented, and goal-driven
• Available to work evenings, weekends, or peak business hours as needed

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments

• Recommend memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and wellness services
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage retention
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
